Cancellation: Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $25 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.

Refunds: We currently have a no refund policy. Inspect your item(s) upon arrival. If any damage is present, please submit pictures of your item(s) to the email address listed below. All damaged or defective items must be returned before replacements are sent.

• Items sent back without a request to return will not be accepted.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) were damaged during shipment.
